Checklist: MAD Magazine Appearances 2004-2023

This list does not include any MAD book collections because they're in another category on my bibliography. And I forgot about them and am too lazy to go do it now. They're reprints except for the Dave berg book, which they had a few folks draw new versions of old comics Berg did.

I'll be posting all the lists eventually and then probably making a PDF of it which I'll upload for those that really like lists. Someday. Soon. Later. I still have to make good on reviews, videos, etc. Ha ha, I'm scattered. Anyway, here's another portion of my brilliant career.

All told, I did 37 jobs for MAD (including the Dave Berg strip, not listed below), with Sarah coloring everything save the one comic page I did which was printed in black and white and the Monkeys Are Always Funny photo feature which I only contributed one feature idea to). The comic was the only piece I both wrote and drew for the regular magazine, although I contributed two "Game Boyz" comics to MAD KIDZ.

Comments

I'll have to hunt the magazine down and scan the pages. One of these days! I'm hoping to bust out the MAD and Nick and magazine-only stuff when I catch up more on things. Someday...

Ha, I feel like Tom Bunk should be among the vomit-lords.

Cam Hayden

Who's the best vomit comic book artist? Evan, Jamie Hewlett, Philip Bond or John McCrea?

Skippa

I got that SPy Vs. Spy book! lovely collection. Mad Kids completely flew under my radar. That strip is really fun! Any chance you still have "The Greatest 8 Comic Books of All Time"? Be curious to see that one.
