Erika can process and digest organic matter with her internal reactor, be it food or semen. With a dose of biofuel infused nanogel intramuscularly injected into her artificial pseudo-circulatory system, the user can also replenish her energy reserve rapidly without waiting for hours to recharge fully. The self-healing polymers will close up the pinhole in the blink of an eye.
tl;dr: Instead of using cheatcode to refill Erika's stamina, you can now use the syringe to vitalize her in the downtime of sex without needing to wait for the next day.
