TBH, I’m completely mortified that I couldn’t think of the name of this Austro-Hungarian potato pasta dish in my earlier “Lesbian Confession” voice recording post… because I worked at a hugely popular Biergarten for almost 2 years which required a RIGOROUS training in all things food & beverage (my extensive knowledge of European beers is SUPER useful considering the fact that I don’t drink alcohol, but I digress… 😐).

Here’s a photo from 2016 of me working at the Biergarten on a day when we were required to dress up as pin-up girls for an event.

As you can see, not knowing what to do with my hands has always been an issue for me. Which is why I could never be a serious model, and I am forced to be a sexy jester. 🫦🤡🤪🫱
