Hi, progress report.
There isn’t much new that has happened. I had to leave the city for a couple of days, so I wasn’t able to work on the project. Prior to that, I managed to polish some of the animations and prepare them for physics simulation. (I wanted to attach them, but Blender 4.5.1 LTS kept crashing during viewport rendering, and I haven’t been able to resolve it at the time of writing.)
Also, I started building the environment where all of this will take place and completed all the main structures, leaving only the set dressing.
This shows the progression of the interior ( and yes, there is also some exterior that is required ) from the initial blockout to the current state. I’d say it’s pathetic 3/10 right now. I dislike almost everything, and the trash lighting doesn’t help at all. I almost didn’t want to show this, given its current state, but I suppose it might be interesting to see how much (or how little) will change in the final version of the place.

No, I am sure it'll be fine at the end, it's just I expected it to look a bit more... I don't know, just better, not so bland and poor?
Anyway, that's that.
I will be updating this post as I go. I'll try to fix the render problem and share some more on Friday.

What a shit day. Had a terrible jitter with thighs and wasted too much time on it. Somehow Cloth sucked so much dick it made me switch to Soft body, which solved the problem instantly. I am not sure why, but maybe it's worth checking out.

Polishing them, I stumbled upon some limitations of the current method a picked to go about the project. I thought I would be able to make animations in a vacuum, without animating a camera. This way they would look good standalone and would fit into a bigger picture as well.
But I kinda need the camera to do any further adjustments and breakups. Since I am still not sure about on stage part, can't clearly see it, I don't know what things should or should not be getting most of my attention.
Tomorrow, I will make a fast camera pass to see what I've got and try to blend some of them into a bigger piece.
Update #3 - 19.08.2025
During the weekend, I managed to work a bit more on the map, bringing it closer to the result I want. I also made some changes to the clothing, since I realized the original palette didn’t work at all. Initially, it was a silver/blueish palette, but something felt off. I didn’t like how the colors blended into the environment, especially next to Triss. So, I switched it to green/red and removed the stockings.
Some people have been asking if it’s possible to have them with smaller cocks. Yes, it is. And now I also have a better way to make them flop compared to what you saw in the first previews. The collision and overall movement are much better now, though it complicates the pipeline further, since it adds yet another step that needs to be done before each render.
The difference:

Having fixed all the jiggle and clothing bugs, I created a separate room for WIP showcases.
Let me tell you, the smaller ones are actually much more manageable and at least 1% enjoyable, compared to the current one.
I didn’t want them to be on the main stage/map. They’re not finished, and I wanted a dedicated environment for WIPs so that when the main project is complete, it feels a bit new, since it's not the same map/shading etc.

Speaking of which, the first one is almost ready, it’s being rendered right now. Tomorrow I’ll probably add the sound, and then it’s done. ETA: 1-2 days ( If no bugs encountered ) . After that, since most of the prep work is finally out of the way, I can focus fully on animating instead of dealing with all this bullshit.

I am not sure about the whole version, but there would be a progression towards it, you'll see. Hm... Maybe it's doable for standalone clips.
