Here you will find the design files for my protogen head! Both step and stl files are included.
It has some neat features like:
Easy LED mounting options in the cheeks and fins
Magnetically detachable visor
Flexible inner mask for comfort and to direct your breath out of the head, keeping humidity down which prevents fogging up the visor
40mm fan mount to keep you cool
Inner visor with mounting options for max7219 / adafruit matrices, designed to maximize FOV
Flexible back side "helmet" designed to keep weight down while still being more than strong enough to stand up to normal use
Also included are the buck needed to vacuum form a visor, as well as a cutting jig to help you cut it out in the correct shape.
