Faerie Tree 60x45 - Dungeon Map

Hi team!

Even with all the craziness going on at the moment with OGL 1.1 and the community backlash around it, it is also a release day!

Despite the somewhat unfortunate timing of having a Dungeons and Dragons theme in the same month WOTC seems intent on burning the whole community down, we are soldiering on, and I have for you today the Faerie Tree!

This week's release was slated as a dragon’s lair and I asked you guys over on our Discord server what sort of dragon you wanted, with a Faerie Dragon being the clear winner.

Now I must admit, I knew very little about Faerie Dragons much less what their lairs would be like. Thanks to input from you guys however I think we have ended up with a pretty cool map.

Beneath this magical tree Faerie Dragons protect a Fey Portal as well as many other treasures. A group of pixies have also been drawn to this place, using the fertile soil to grow magical plants that they brew into magical potions and tinctures.

For a bit more flexibility you could also very easily use the map for a Circle of Druids or perhaps a group of Wood Elves. I would love to hear what you come up with!

A Call to Cancel: Save the OGL

I have already made a quick announcement on our Discord Server about this but I will mention it here as well.

It has now been confirmed by several reliable (internal WotC) sources, that the non-open OGL 1.1 will be pushed today around 3 p.m EST

To keep us united in our response, let's focus on what we know is the one metric by which Wizards of the Coast looks to: their DnDBeyond subscriptions. While it makes sense that this is the thing they look for, it's been further confirmed by the same multiple sources as above. This is how we get them to hear us.

Though I do not want you to tell you what to do with your money, this is the way that we make sure that Wizards and Hasbro hear us in no uncertain terms.

This is how we cancel OGL 1.1: by canceling our subscriptions.

If you want to keep DnD open and thriving I urge you to consider making your voice heard and canceling your DnDBeyond subscriptions.
