Added 2025-03-17 13:14:01 +0000 UTCThis season of Jinn & Garrett has started a bit slow as far as the TFs happen. Sort of feels even as if I'm repeating myself (page 4 isn't all that much different than the cover, other than the absence of Jinn).
The first season works, but it is a bit of a narrative mess; a chaotic story that's not cohesive from beginning to end, and rushes to transformations without context. I can (and will :) ) do that with pin-ups.
This season is going to take its time a little bit, and there will for sure be transformations throughout, but I really do want to establish the rules of the world, the main players (Jinn, Garrett, and Chad, plus a host of others). I need to allow room for that story. Sometimes that comes at a cost of pacing, especially when I post 1 page a week.
You guys are making it possible for me to do this, and I thank you for your patience. It may take a while, but at the end of it all, I'm going to have a world I can really be proud of, and hopefully attach an audience big enough to do this as my actual job... not just on the side.

So I'm very down for establishing your setting before diving into fun TF shenanigans. A big part of what makes a TF fun is highlighting the difference from the characters normal situation! Plus your pinup is just as enjoyable as your TF art.

2025-03-17 14:39:00 +0000 UTCI understand a good story or comic is hard to convey to the audience especially when they rush you on it for the transformations. it’s like wine the longer you let it sit The Tastier it becomes after a long time am I right? P.S. I don’t mind waiting for it because the longer I wait the more I can sink my teeth into it.
