Been working on some to scale berserk study stuff. Just trying to use it as a guide line to get a better judgement on when/where to use specific strokes/ how to load the nib. Later on I tried doodling Jon Snow. I think I'm getting better control in general, especially when you check the Josuke in the previous pose. his whole head fits in the space of Josuke's hair lol.

Doodled the tree man over the course of a few hours in a waiting room. Josuke practice with a G pen and Menso brushes. The house in the snow shows up in my dreams a lot. Lastly some comic stuff with the Y'hakair soliders, and then a Zod study. : )

wanted to get into some of Miura's production art for the 97 anime. I love the multimedia feel to those works. I've been working a lot to get my line art to not fight the colors for the lewd works and be very smooth and harmonious over on my NSFW accounts, but I think finding a way for that gritty ink and deep tonality to get along with colors is also important. happy with this study session. : >

An absolutely massive commission in terms of the canvas' size. The ideas was for this to be printed at approximately the size of movie posters. I couldn't use a lot of my usual tools so I had to adapt to tools that got the job done without lagging the system too much. Happy it's done and I'm happy with how it turned out.

Tested out some tweaked pen settings. I think I've finally gotten it to a point with these tools where I'd be happy working on project Parafell with them. I found a finer texture that keeps the large strokes inky and solid, and the finer lines very scratchy and texture heavy. Combining that effect with a tweaked broken pressure setting in Lazy Nezumi seems to have produced a relatively convincing analogue look.

I'm trying to get a bit away form the "training wheels" G-School pen hybrid I've been doing traditional sketches with. I still have a long way to go in planning and execution, but my control with line thickness and in flow have improved quite a bit over this year. Merging some disparate ideas and subjects I've been looking into. Bit of Serendipity stumbling on Sabazios. A lot of the art I create seems to fall into mythological themes associated with Dionysus, Bacchus, or Sabazios.

Just started doing some face practice and before I knew it was challenging myself to draw Guts from memory, no refs allowed. I'm still noticing little flaws here and there but all things considered I think it's not half bad. : )
