I agree. I don't buy that this was Nikos's long-term plan and there is something more nefarious going on behind the scenes. Why go through all the pitfalls of transforming his niece's twentysomething husband into a fiftysomething woman (in a scheme that involved his daughters)? This was supposed to be a one-off disguise that became a long-term ruse. Why not just hire a CIS woman to pretend to be Elena, given everything that could have gone wrong? If it turns out that Nikos is actually the mastermind behind Andrew's predicament, and he has ignored the emotional effect on his niece AND his own daughters (who have come to accept Elena as their mother)... that's some Hannibal Lecter level evil.
