File hosting problems resolved
Added 2019-04-24 10:34:24 +0000 UTCI was experiencing some issues with my file host. The https certification had expired resulting in broken links. This issue has now been resolved, thank you for your patience!

2019-04-24 17:39:19 +0000 UTCI'm a bit surprised by this. Ensuring continuous renewal of a TLS certificate is easiest on a web server. Well, so long as it's not a Windows web server--that gets more complicated... If I can help, just let me know.
