As you can see, the good Doctor here is coated in something, and- like a lot of people who work at Thrallworks- has their own peculiarities, not being particularly concerned or seeing a point in some of the more carnal aspects of the company. Perhaps this can be changed? Or perhaps they have some other reason why this is?
