The next update (Cyberslayers)
Added 2022-02-09 17:41:53 +0000 UTCI'm still working on the combat phase. There are a lot of poses and animations to take into account to make it as good as I want it to be.
I could have done half of it and it would have been cool, but I wanted to go all the way. The result is positive: neat scenes, details, replayability, coherent lore elements and the game's potential highlighted.
On the negative side, it takes work and more than expected. I'm several days behind on the roadmap but I still think it's worth it.
I also went wide on the release date by betting late March. At this point, I still think I could add the other phases in the next few weeks.
They will be easier to put together, with the elements already in place and the writing ready.
I'm not betting on quantity, as you know. However, I wanted the players to do something else besides the phase against the super mutant (which is so cool seriously). A little bit of patience and hopefully you will have a good update.
