SURVIVING PURGE update #12

Hello Orcs!

I'm cumming to give you some news about Surviving Purge! 

First and foremost, know that we'll be sharing the first level tomorrow or in a few days' time, and it will be available for Orc pledges and above. Please note that this will not be a demo, but a preview of the tower defense part of the game.

Introducing the secret base

The secret base is a feature that will be added alongside the main game. It will be a location that can be accessed via the main map. Like the garden in Plants versus Zombies, the secret base is about making more money, but not only. You'll be able to fornicate with your recruits when their balls are full (triggering one of the little scenes I animated last month). In exchange, the recruits will give you a certain amount of money according to their level of “happiness”. There's also a bit of a “The Sims” feel to it, in that you'll have to take care of your recruits' needs to keep them as happy as possible.

The base will also be used to unlock new plans for Gladio's store by having your recruits work on the dedicated floor.

Overview of the rooms

The comfort room: The bigger it is, the more recruits you can accommodate in your secret base!

The bathroom: Used to raise your recruits' hygiene bar. Beware: when a recruit smells too bad, he can scare off fellow recruits from the floor he is on!

The gym: keeps recruits in shape! It also increases their libido.

Game room: Keeps recruits happy and entertained.

Research and development room: Allows recruits to discover new plans for Gladio's workshop.

The Awakening Room: Allows recruits to develop their level of awakening, making them more autonomous in the secret base.

A demo available soon!

FINALLY! A demo will be available in September, containing the first levels and dialogues, as well as most features, such as Gladio's workshop to boost your recruits, or the gallery to review scenes and dialogues. We'll be doing our utmost to integrate the secret base, but I think this feature will come in a second demo, due shortly after the first.

Short break

Vliir will be on vacation next month, and that's a well-deserved break! So the next update on Surviving Purge will be in september with the demo. But we are cumming soon with more news of Terry and the dungeons ;)
