Iโve never tried it when it wasnโt frozen but when I ate it, it was more sweet than citrusy! kinda similar in taste to a peach or sweet plum? but different ๐ when persimmons are more ripe the taste gets sweeter so I assume itโs more citrusy when itโs less ripe
