She misses her mommies milk!

Ten more days of strong antibiotics, steroids, and pain management which made me have to take a long break from feeding my children mothers milk. Even when I pump I won’t be able to give them the milk because it is full of prescriptions. I was almost hospitalized with this when I could barely breathe, but luckily, I made it through with some added prescription steroids.

My chest feels like I was hit by a train. I can’t lay on my back because there’s too much pressure and pain feeling like I’m being crushed from the pneumonia in my lungs.

My daughter has been crying every night for the breast and I have felt so sad that I have not been able to let her breast-feed as we are very close bonded mother and daughter. She is my little trooper. We have been substituting with some proteins shakes for kids.

Next month I will be teaching mommies and families how to relax Tate after a long break of not breast-feeding and some hand expression techniques that I’ve been using to try to keep a small amount of milk so that the relactation journey will be easier for me once I’m off of all of these prescription medication’s and can resume my Breastfeeding journey with my children. Thank you so much for being here and helping me support my family helping me through this hard time in my life with pneumonia and Covid back to back. I’ve never been so sick in my life. This was the first day I could actually talk without a coughing fit in order to Vlog.
