Deleted YouTube videos
Added 2023-03-30 23:22:16 +0000 UTCI have recently been deleting some of my educational videos from YouTube so I can post them here for patreon only education. You’ll be seeing all my older content here soon to learn from again a long with new vlogs too.
I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused any new mommies or families who were learning from my channel or if I accidentally deleted videos that were posted previously on this timeline from YouTube. I’m working hard as a full time mom and work from home lactation educator. I can only do so much in a day but am extremely grateful for your donations which help me support my family.
I was able to film some things at Disneyland I look forward to sharing with you coming next month.
I was thinking of doing some new relactation videos of how to pump up a dwindling milk supply too so you can feel confident that when your own milk starts to dwindle that these videos will teach you how to replenish your own supply.
In the last few days I was finally able to get my milk flow back I believe it was due to a bit of dehydration from drinking coffee and not as much water from being overly tired and stressed. Stress is a big deal when it comes to milk supply so stay calm and breathe and don’t forget your water!
