They also know they practically have ownership of their milk source and will demand it they’re way. This can create silly mother to toddler squabbles as mom tries to push away the feet or hands that try to twiddle the full flipping around nipple twisting that can lead to a sharp painful pinch or bite or even injury. Breastfeeding a toddler comes with a whole other set of challenges that first time moms would be surprised that these are normal and common toddler behaviors while breastfeeding. Tough it out mommies you can do this. Wean when you and your baby are ready. Know that you are doing your best and giving the absolute best milk nature can make for human to human.
