As babies grow into toddlers they prefer to go back and forth from each breast especially if they are exclusively breast-feeding as this gives them access to more milk and it quickens the let down for baby to get milk as fast as possible. As your baby grows you’ll notice they prefer both breasts out at every feeding and will get angry or upset with you if you don’t allow this. Nipple twiddling is also normal as toddlers instinctively know that twiddling the other nipple makes the milk thicker, more abundant and gives a better let down reflex..,be careful though those little nipple twiddles can hurt! Did someone say ...tune in Tokyo? 🤣😂 Ouch!
