I learned a cute trick with my kids. I make a healthy meal or snack for “myself” with a bit more generous portion and the kids always seem to think the grass or veggies in this case are greener when it’s mommies! Lol 😂 so they always want to eat my food with me. This helps me with the picky eating habits of toddlers and allows me to actually feed them good nutritious foods without them turning up their nose! Hahahahaha a bit of reverse psychology when they think it’s mommies only food they want to eat it.
