1 raw cucumber with skin with lime juice 🧃 Tajin low sodium seasoning just a little bit because even the low sodium has a lot of sodium but it’s super yummy on a cucumber! And 2 raw garlic cloves chewed and swallowed. Garlic is one of nature’s natural antibiotics! Great to stay healthy. Cooked garlic loses most of its potency so it’s always best to eat the raw garlic if you want it for health benefits like keeping you healthy and safe from viruses and bacteria infections it gives your immune system a good kick. It also is good in the breastmilk because the baby benefits from what you eat!
