2020-02-20 22:40:48 +0000 UTCI'm sure some actual Brits can correct me on this, but I believe many British accents drop the R at the end of a word, and add an R to the end of a word whose final letter is a vowel, but only if the following word begins with a vowel. So you might say "Dracular is a vampiya."
