A strong core enhances stability, prevents injuries, and improves athletic performance.
SO ! This month, we’re putting extra focus on core training, in order to achieve the best results let’s break down the anatomy and learn how to properly activate your core!
Our Core Training Series this month is designed to target all aspects of your core:
1️⃣ Cardio Abs – Combining core strength with fat-burning movements.
2️⃣ Front Abs Focus – Strengthening the rectus abdominis for defined abs.
3️⃣ Oblique & Side Focus – Developing rotational strength and aesthetics.
4️⃣ Deep Core Focus – Activating the transverse abdominis and lower back for stability.
A strong core isn’t just about looks—it’s about power, functionality, and injury prevention.

❗❗ Side note: There is one exercise in the series (Pallof presses in the Deep Core focus video) that requires cables, since this is not something that most people have in their home, make sure to use this Wall version of the Pallof Press to perform it properly ❗❗

2. Make sure you have your mat, a towel and a water bottle to stay hydrated. Other equipment and weights are optional.
And that's it! You have to do the workouts of the day 3 times each
