He said "If there was a solution that would avoid a fight, I'd choose it." So Netero kind of got what he asked for, The King did decide to talk things out instead of fighting. I mean I get why he still has to try to kill The King because its part of the job & The King still plans to rule the world but still, he did kind of asked for this to happen.
