Timezones. In some places its already later on the 1st, it some places its the late hours of the last of the month. Regardless, Rewards are sent during the first week of the new month via DMs so nobody who subbeb for november (in this case) will receive them regardless of whether or not they had the chance to download them (or forgot to do so)
