I sketched some more, including the succulents recommended in the comments.
Desert rose...! I don't know why, but the 'e' is gone. When drawing on the iPad, 'finger drag' is set to eraser, so I often accidentally erase drawings with my finger π
Hmm, maybe I can draw the cactus separately later.
I'm debating whether to choose only the representative ones and draw all in one canvas or categorize them by family and draw them in 3 to 7. You will find out soon enough.
