Updates: Patreon, the future, etc...
Added 2026-02-03 02:00:55 +0000 UTCHey ya'll, been a minute since I've talked to everyone in an update! Firstly I want to thank everyone who has been supporting me and allowing me to be able to do what I do for this long, you guys don't know how much I appreciate you :)
The past few months or so have been rough with my "professional" job, and it has culminated with me being laid off. I'm currently in the process of trying to find another place of work, hopefully soon. This has been stressful for me and I'm grateful to have your support to keep me afloat as the animation industry has been pretty rocky lately. This all being said, I would like transition my patreon into being a more serious source of income so that if this were to happen again, I'd have a better safety net. This could mean that in the future I may be able to transition to doing this full-time, which would be amazing!
So with this post, I'd like to ask you all - what would you like to see as benefits, additions to the patreon, etc? I am interested in raising the pricing for the tiers or even introducing new tiers but I want to make sure it is worth it for my supporters. Along with this, what sort of price increase would you consider a fair increase? Doubling prices, half price increase, etc... Please leave a comment and let me know!

A 5 or 10 dollar dear with higher resolution downloads. Different PoVs, maybe voice acted/not voice acted options. Different bust/bell sizes is also an option basically alternative versions. I personally would like remasters of old animations as well. These are just some ideas :D

Though personally I think either proposing ideas for still renders or new animations. Or a voting system. Typically voting is given to mid level subs and ideas given to high level. If you wanted to make commissions a more mainstream part of your income then maybe discounts or priority for certain tiers. Something as an outlier though is direct reward redemptions for tier subs, either a one time only or as a recurring monthly thing say I subbed for $200 a month I would get a 10-20 second simple animation for example Name in credits is often a common reward for animated projects as well Or being asked to help design a new character or story input. Hope this gives some good food for thought
