A gift for my B-Day

(By the way, my birthday was November 22th)
Anyway, this is a gift that one of my patrons gave it to me as a gift and it made my B-Day and put a smile on my face.
I don't know if it is right to say its name. I mean, most of the people I met don't want to show their names when it comes to things like it. So, to my patron who gave me this funny and cute art, I just want to say Thank you! I really appreciate it! :D
