Whiskey Wednesday

Midleton Method and Madness Single Pot Still Whiskey - matured in sherry & bourbon barrels and finished in chestnut casks. First of all, I just love the name and the shape of the bottle. I've been wanting to crack this one open for a very long time.
I don't think I've ever loved a whiskey this much. It is an explosion of flavor and very satisfying to drink. While sipping it, I just kept saying how much I love it. Now, it helped that it was a beautiful evening, I was so relaxed sitting outside, keeping cool with my feet in the pool, but I think that just added to it! This one definitely is at the top of my favorites list and the best part is that I can find it in the States at Total Wine 💜

Tasting Notes from Midleton:
Nose: Red Liquorice laces, fresh rosemary mint and grated root ginger.
Palate: Sweet fruit and spice, cinnamon toast and ripe banana.
Finish: Aromatic green tea, dissipating fruit and spice and rich wood farewell.

It was one of the most ..intriguing sights of ambiance I have seen in my life time...and oh ya, the town and food wasnt too bad either. I tell you folks, all you have to do is stop look an listen, the world can be a most beautiful thing...thanks for the view JA. One of the most beautiful things nature has given man to admire an adore, the curves of a womans legs.
