2025-03-13 17:56:25 +0000 UTCI think you should give magical girl anime a chance especially the classics like Sailor Moon and Cardcaptor Sakura. There is a lot of LGBT rep and beautiful stories of friendship in them. I do love Madoka Magica, but it's a terrible introduction to magical girls as a genre because it's a deconstruction of the genre. Magical girls is one of my favorite genres. As for the pilot react itself, glad you enjoyed it and hope they do more. I have been following the creator Kiana Khansmith for years and love her art. She has been drawing these characters for awhile and definitely check her out to see the character profiles and short comics she has drawn of them. :)
