Vergil’s Gold-Grabbing Runner Minigame

Today, I’m excited to share some news with you - the runner game featuring Vergil, our charismatic imp, is almost complete!
Picture this: Vergil, lugging a chest overflowing with gold, sprinting away from a mob of furious hillbillies who aren’t exactly thrilled that he’s “borrowed” their belongings.
You’re in for some hilarious runs, jumps over obstacles, dodging pitchforks and axes, and maybe even a couple of witty jabs from Vergil himself - imps aren’t the type to stay quiet, even with a chase hot on their heels!
The game is designed as a fun and fast way to earn in-game currency. All the gold Vergil manages to carry off in his chest will go straight to the Demoness, his overlord, meaning you’ll be able to spend it in Esther’s shop. Yep, our beloved merchant is always ready to offer something intriguing - from rare aphrodisiacs to stylish dildos (who knows, maybe she’ll stock items for Vergil himself down the line).
Attached to this post, you’ll find animations: Vergil’s run and the hillbillies chasing him down, plus a CG of Vergil’s reaction when he stumbles upon a BIG CHEST FULL OF COINS.
All that’s left is to polish up the UI and add outlines to the obstacles for a clearer, more playable experience. Oh, and get ready - you’ll soon be able to try out the new patch yourselves!
