🤔 okay. Here's what i like of this whole thing. 1) You're doing another "freestyle" piece of art without the crutch of a 3d render and it's coming out great. (note: renders are wonderful when you have to dish out a full folio per week, but i'm glad that it took very little for you to shed the crutches once you put your mind on it, what has it been... 3 months? 2? I've seen people struggle for years due to being too used to using 3d models) 2) By shedding the 3d model your "western with manga influences" natural art style is popping out a lot in this piece, it usually gets overshadowed by your tracing. This makes this piece more "yours" in my opinion. Plus thanks to the years you have passed working on your ways to cut down time and draw quickly you're managing to get done the usual 8 pages of a folio where usually other people in the same time manage to barely do 2 pieces. So yes, that's something to applaud in my opinion. The culmination of years of work. 3) You've decided to go and try something which you rarely do, which is alien legs and an alien face. While i see some influences of previous works you did on this, piecing it all together is easier said than done, and this is a really good ensemble that seems to work really well. 4) I really like as usual your "enjoyment of the sexual act" with subtle humor that makes the whole thing seem fun. Again this is something i rarely say, but in most artists when i see two individuals having sex one of them is clearly enjoying it more than the other, in this piece as well as in most pieces made by you the enjoyment seems reciprocal and it feels like these two (despite the obvious porn setting of "attack on alien vessel") seem to be doing something really really enjoyable and friendly. Yes the man is the usual testosterone clad hunk of meat and the woman is the usual sleek feminine frail being, but the whole act speaks of love rather than domination or just primal instincts. And that is usually what i like the most of your pieces. This said: thank you (yet again) for your art. This feels perfect. 😭👍
