I’m hustling harder than a hamster on an espresso wheel...

Thought to share some stuff I've bee working with! Sorry for zero replies to anything, I have my head in my ass when I get the flow going! I've been setting up the betas, but mainly focused on the Finale. Replying everything tonight.

The walk in the park hasn't been as easy as I thought. I want to keep the story very solid, and because of it, I've had to create LOTS of new animations from nada. This post has an attachment, a video, where I explain where we are and why this takes time.

What I want is, if you look back in the game, everything folds together story wise. I know lots of you just want the scenes, but for me this is more than that. I want to be proud what I've created; not just having fun, but a real story behind it. And I want it to work 100% when it's ready; no bugs.

The video is a draft of things, I tend to use Maya to create your POV, especially for the cinematics. You can see this in the video.

I didn't want to spent any time to create any polished voiceover, so it's just my real time-first-take recording with all the hickups ;)

And the video, download the attachment!

To be fair I believe though most of us would be content with just scenes there are many of us who feel it's important that overall the experience is unique and be transported to a destination of the authors choosing. Let's your creativity and passion pave the way good sir and thanks for continuing to be uncompromising in your vision.

You haven't let us down yet! (Also, I think the bulge in Germanguy's pants is hilarious.)

Of course we all just want to get our rocks off, but I think it's really cool that you are so dedicated to the art of storytelling, and making a compelling multi-dimensional tale. And with the tediousness of computer animations.. The twists and turns of FD2 blew my mind! Keep the good work, we all wish you good health, And can't wait for the final release, whenever it happens!

Thanks for the behind the scenes of the work in progress. As a primarily software programmer rather than artist I love to see how 3D art work gets made.

Like I always say. Take your Time. Create the Masterpiece that you like to create. I'm very happy to see the final product. If it will be this month... this year... or next year doesn't matter to me. A Dev who has all the Time he needs, always create better games.
