Personal Opinion Regarding Podcast Interviews: I think the Aella and Destiny interviews were great and listened to them in full almost instantly. I have yet to finish the ADVChina episode yet, in other words I got bored. The reason I tune in each week to this podcast is Charlie. My favorite CoC videos and podcast episodes are easily the personal ones that explored personal issues/thoughts. Which is why I think the ideal guest would be someone that Charlie could debate/have a deep conversation with instead of the guest talking about themselves. I personally do not enjoy podcasts where the host is passive and is simply providing a platform for their guests to speak. While I do see the benefit of that, if I had to choose I would want Charlie to be as interactive and challenging of his guests as possible. That's what makes this podcast fun, the deep, personal, and intellectual discussions.

Really appreciated your thoughts on how to remain empathetic. More specifically I was really interested in the broader context you brought up about having healthy boundaries and the benefit to each partner holding their emotions. I really resonate with that perspective. As time goes on, I have shifted to living my life more and more like you describe in that section. I think I found some of these perspectives in different ways, but it’s just cool to hear someone else have a similar experience, and also having success in this approach. Thanks for the podcast and your vulnerability and openness to share your experience.
