Super Secret Early Peek

I know it's not Wednesday, but I like to add a bit of spice and variety to our relationship so that you don't get bored of me and leave me for a younger prettier woman.

Meet Viridiana. Vi for short.  While rendering I like to look at assets in preparation for upcoming projects, I fell in love with this one and had to test her out. Now Vi won't be showing up in The Author, she'll be one of the leads in the next game, but I was kind of enamored and thought it was worth working with her a bit.  Why show her so early?  Because honestly the next game isn't that far away.  

Our next release puts the Author at about halfway done, with a projected release of one release a month we'll be done by January. My goal is to release Ch.1 of the next project in Feb  because I'd like to continue producing content in a semi prompt fashion and considering how much larger it is in size I need a good head start.  I've been coding for the next project while renders are running and as of now I anticipate the first release  of the thing  will be about the size of all current Author releases combined, maybe larger.  

While my current goal and focus is making sure the  Author is the best experience I can make it I do like to start planning for the future.  As a solo dev I need to make sure my time is being used to the best of it's ability so I'm not wasting your time or money.

Starting in October you'll start getting polls to determine what a few of the lovely ladies in the next game will look like.  I have my bases but things like hair color, style and body type will be put into the public square for battle.  Even Vi will be thrown into the public arena so keep your eyes peeled.  For now I hope you enjoy this rough draft.  I'll be back on Weds with my actual Author update.
