CAPTAIN AMERICA: Brave New World | FULL UNCUT Reactions

Comments

Hi Storm! I'm back. I watched your reaction and your nephews are great speakers! Awesome reaction as always! At the end credits scene of this movie, Samuel Sterns also known as The Leader (from The Incredible Hulk 2008 movie), warns Sam that "other" worlds are coming, hinting at a multiversal conflict. He implies that Earth's heroes will need to protect their world from threats originating from other realities. The others could also mean other heroes and villains from other worlds. The scene suggests the Leader's awareness of incursions and the potential for a major multiversal war, potentially setting the stage for Avengers: Secret Wars movie. Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars are the final movies of the Multiverse Saga. This movie is very fun to watch and it has lots of actions going on which is what makes Marvel movies so great. Anthony Mackie nailed that role as Sam Wilson/Captain America. I was mind blown by Red Hulk's appearance. William Hurt was the original actor who played Thaddeus Ross in the MCU which sadly he passed away from cancer in 2022. And of course, Marvel recasted Ross with Harrison Ford which he did phenomenal as the Red Hulk. In the comics, Redwing is a falcon and a close companion to Sam Wilson, with whom it shared a telepathic link due to an ability bestowed upon Wilson by Red Skull. In this movie of the MCU, it is actually a robotic flight companion. Still it looks cool. In the comics, Ruth Bat-Seraph also known as Sabra is a mutant who serves as an agent to the Mossad. She is noted to be the first Israeli superhero and has been received positively by the Jewish community. Shira Haas portrayed as Bat-Seraph, a former Black Widow assassin in the MCU, with her inclusion receiving polarizing responses. MCU's version of Ruth Bat-Seraph is not a mutant. In the comics, Ruth Bat-Seraph's height is 5' 11 feet tall. In the MCU, Shira Haas' height is at 5' 2 feet tall. I haven't played the game on that phone that Torres is playing. Joaquin Torres made his first appearance in Captain America: Sam Wilson #3 (November, 2015) and he is also called Falcon. I remembered Samuel Sterns from The Incredible Hulk (2008) movie, when Bruce Banner went on the run from the United States Army led by General Ross, he managed to establish contact with Sterns and they communicated with each other as Mr. Green and Mr. Blue, respectively, while collaborating to find a cure for Banner's condition. When Sterns was walking out of a building on the campus of Grayburn College when he was approached by Betty Ross of Culver University. Sterns recognized her, and she began introducing him to Bruce Banner, who revealed himself to be Mr. Green. Later, Sterns took Bruce and Betty to the chair he had set up with his equipment, telling Banner to sit on the chair. While Betty helped to strap Bruce down, Sterns became frustrated as he struggled to keep his machinery working, forcing him to hit it to keep it running, which made Bruce and Betty nervous. Once everything was working, Sterns began explaining to Bruce how the machine would mix the antidote with his blood once Bruce transformed. Later, Emil Blonsky then eventually managed to force Sterns to make him into a Hulk. Sterns began setting up the procedure and strapped Emil Blonsky to the rest to begin the experiment. However, when Sterns injected the power-hungry Blonsky with Bruce Banner's blood and exposed him to gamma radiation, it triggered his own transformation, due to the Super Soldier Serum that had already been given to Blonsky by Thaddeus Ross, while Sterns quickly lost control over Blonsky's transformation. Despite pleading for him to stay on the rest so that he could potentially help to transform him back to normal, Blonsky mutated into the hazel-colored, spiky Abomination. Sterns continued to attempt to reason with Abomination, but began to fear that he could not even understand what he was saying to him. As soon as he embraced these newfound powers, Abomination threw Sterns onto the floor and trashed the laboratory. Sterns was accidentally infected with Banner's blood via the open wound on his forehead, when a drop of the blood landed in the wound. This immediately had a mutative effect on his body, and as Sterns smiled, his brain began to massively expand in size. The Leader’s design in Captain America movie looks completely different comparing to the comics and The Leader has a large forehead in the comics. Comparing the heights of Hulk, Red Hulk is typically depicted as being 8' 7" (8.5 feet or 2.62 meters). The one from 2003 movie is like around 12 to 15 feet tall and the one from early MCU appearances, he was 8' 5 feet tall and later he's currently like 7' 6 feet tall from Avengers Endgame and She-Hulk series. In the comics, Hulk's height varies from around 6' 6 to 8 feet tall. There is The Raft in the comics and it was a super maximum security prison for super-powered criminals located near Ryker's Island, NY. It was run and operated by S.H.I.E.L.D. There's no word who is the new president after Ross in the MCU. Great to see Isaiah Bradley from The Falcon and the Winter Soldier series and it was surprising to hear about adamantium involving Tiamat located in India Ocean which is a reference to Eternals movie. Giancarlo Esposito's character is named Seth Voelker/Sidewinder who made his first appearance in Marvel Two-In-One #64 (March 1980). In the comics, the multiverse still exists after the "Secret Wars" storyline in Marvel comics. While the event involved the destruction and recreation of the universe, it ultimately led to the re-establishment of the multiverse, albeit with some changes and a slightly different structure. Two comics about Secret Wars: - The Original Secret Wars (1984-1985): This event didn't directly involve the multiverse in the way the more recent "Secret Wars" did. It focused on heroes and villains being transported to a patchwork planet called Battleworld by the Beyonder. - Jonathan Hickman's Secret Wars (2015): This storyline involved incursions between universes, leading to the destruction of most realities. Doctor Doom, with the power of the Beyonders, created a new Battleworld from the remnants of these universes. I did sent you the TVA comics last time and the MCU is connected to Marvel Comics continuity via multiverse. The TVA from the MCU can travel to different worlds in the comics version. MCU and the Marvel Comics are both labeled Earth-616 but they are not in the same universe. There are two Earth-616s in the Marvel multiverse. Thank you so much for checking out this movie and I'll look forward to see Thunderbolts reaction! If I may suggest, it would be best to check out Morbius (2022) which is in the same universe with Venom movies. There's something you need to know about Morbius post credits scene before you continue to watch new MCU movies. Also, hopefully you could react to other two non-MCU Marvel movies which is The Punisher (2004) and Ghost Rider (2007) to see if there's a possibility if they could be involve in the multiverse. One more thing to let you know, according to Disney+ MCU timeline, Daredevil: Born Again series is before the events of Captain America: Brave New World.
