I haven't heard this from anyone else yet about this particular video.. but we did watch on DisneyPlus.. from past experience, I think certain streaming services run differently.. or if you are watching with PAL instead of NTSC.. PAL runs slightly faster then NTSC. Maybe if you watch on DisneyPlus with us? Sorry it runs slow for you! It also could be the device you are using since our files are pretty big... sometimes memory can slow down the bigger file. Hope this helps! ~Storm :)
