Fun Fact: Mayfield mentioned Operation Cinder. Operation Cinder was carried out by the Galactic Empire as a means of devastating several Imperial planets in 4 ABY, only a few weeks following the Battle of Endor. The operation was part of the Contingency, a plan devised by Emperor Palpatine to ensure that the Empire and its enemies did not outlive him should he ever perish. The plan was put into action following the Emperor's death during the Battle of Endor. Imperial forces placed satellites in orbit of planets to form a climate disruption array. Electrical storms and other extreme weather events would begin to ravage targeted planets.

I think the facial scanning thing works like the "are you a robot" check boxes, but also scans the databases for wanted fugitives or New Republic officers.

Hi Erasmo! Christmas Chronicles 2 will be up tonight and Jingle All The Way tmrw! I was sick last week and tried my best to keep up with demand. We randomly selected to Christmas movies from our list before I got sick so it worked out to have them this weekend. Expect Christmas Chronicles 2 and Jingle All The Way soon! Both were great! :)

In regards to what you guys were questioning about why it accepted Mando's face on the terminal... it wasnt that his face was accepted.. it's that it didnt match any face on record. The terminal scans the face, and then searches to see if it's in system as a wanted person, or as a registered republic member. Since Mando's face is never shown, and it's not on any registry, he was safe to use the terminal because it couldnt match him to anything. Remember when they were deciding who should go with Mayfield, and Cara, Fennic and Fett said they couldn't since they're all on different lists that would have scanned them and set off the system and catch them. Mando was the only one that could be safe and not being able recognized by the system. Well I hope that clears things up for you!

Great episode. I thought it was a missed opportunity to not have Boba sneak into the base and if someone asked him to unmask they would be confused thinking there were still Clones around lol but it was super exciting seeing the Seismic Charges back in Star Wars :)
