Princess Mononoke | FULL AKIMA Reactions

This movie came out before Spirited Away and I owned it, LOL, so we decided to watch it! This is Mom and Kim's first anime! I was worried it might be too much or they wouldn't understand it.. but I think they got it for the most part! I could definitely see Avatar TLA was influenced by this! We also watched Men of Honor before our last POLL ended... so expect Unstoppable next weekend! :D

All the Miyazaki films are amazing, but there's something about this one in particular that just gets the mythology *so* right. Bless!

If they wish to watch another Tony Scott/Denzel Washington film with similar edge-of-the-seat tension, then they should also consider watching the 1995 submarine film CRIMSON TIDE as well, in the near-future.
