First day of the Summer, yaaayy!
Today we are creating an abstract setup that is based on dynamically generating grains from changing topology of the geo, which visually translates in geo being morphed into the grains :) Lots of creative possibilities, but some skincare or beauty/health products come to my mind.

Amzing project! Love to see the creative methods you come up with. One recommendation for the grain emission area. Instead of using boolean to create the emission area for the grains you can use an interection anaylsis node and a polyfill, which is a little faster if you are working with complex geometries.

First of all, is referening data from RBD solvers (or bullet solver) while we are working on a POP netweork. Then , assuming that this is not a problem, why use a volume collision when it seems that is creating a surface anyway? Why not choosing a normal surface collision in concave mode? I've been reading the documentation about this but I still don't get it, maybe thre is a better place to search info about this. Thanks again :)
2023-06-13 09:46:11 +0000 UTCHey Juha! My reply somehow dissapeared so in brief here are the steps that might help 1. Up the substeps of the popsolver - min 2 max 4 2. Make the heightfield part thicker, i.e. move down the box that cuts off the bottom part 3. Make the bounding walls a bit more "into" the heightfield to ensure everything is closed 100% :) Hope this helps, if not, feel free to drop me you hip file in discord dm :)
