"Every Day is the 2012 young adult novel by David Levithan. The protagonist of this teen fantasy, who is referred to as โA,โ is a 16-year old with a very strange life. Every day โheโ wakes up in the body of a new person. One of the only things that remains consistent is that A is always A, no matter the body."
So someone asked me if I'd ever start reading a book for Patreon since it's private and I won't have to worry so much about copyright stuff. I know that FrivolousFox ASMR has a weekly book club stream on her Patreon as well that I always thought was so cute. So I thought that I could give it a try with some exclusive audio to start with.
So in this one, I read pages 1-6 to give you a nice taste. Let me know if you'd like me to read more :) Enjoy!

Your reading was outstanding. I would love more releases like this. As for the book itself, I find myself questioning the logistics too much. :) Well, that, and, I feel like the premise is wasted when told through the eyes of 16-year-olds. High school has factored not at all in my view of life and the world. It was a waste of time, and I wasn't even close to figuring out how much I didn't know what I didn't know. If A the migrating soul hopped across different age groups, now that would be something. Going from a 40-something with career and marriage issues while drowning in debt, to a 6-year-old without a care in the world, or vice versa, that would be interesting. :)

2020-03-08 00:38:56 +0000 UTCI'm actually curious how the story progresses now. :) I think book reading is a nice idea for variation. Your voice and the ASMR style adds another layer on top compared to something like Audible audio books. Maybe short stories and short novels are ideal, something that one could actually finish over multiple weeks with one or two chapters from time to time.
