I'm very sorry to hear that :( I sometimes get anxiety out of nowhere. It's like i am super nervous for something even though there is nothing i should be nervous about. And i can't just tell my body like "Hey, calm down, there is literary nothing to worry about". I usually get it when I'm in bed trying to sleep and that's super lame because I just lay in the dark being anxious over nothing. Her channel actually helps a lot in that aspect. Stay strong man :) Remember that things will always get better, hit me up anytime if you want to talk :)
