I do think that Ross was definitely needy and it backfired but at the end of the day Rachel did say she wanted to take a break then allowed Mark the guy who she knows Ross has a major issue with to come around to her house when no one else is there. In my opinion she cant be mad that he took it wrong and then fell into the arms of another woman. There is no specific amount of time that someone has to wait when someone else initiates a break or break up. Great reactions
