Christopher Reeve has been gone for years now but he will always BE Superman. They've tried to recreate his persona and charisma with other actors in the role but there was just something about Chris that when you looked at him you knew he was the one.

It is an amazing animated series that is cannon with his new DCU. The entire series is out now. You can probably watch it and react to it in one viewing. The entire series is only 170 minutes long the longest episode is 29 minutes. Also, for episodes that are so short they pack a lot in, but also the scripts are very thought as well. Honestly, I think this is the best thing DC has come up with since The Dark Knight. I highly recommend it. Here’s the trailer: https://youtu.be/vvG7OoCpPGg?si=Y5fpRPS6nQSf4JmG

2025-01-10 04:02:29 +0000 UTCThe turn back time was made up for this movie, besides Earth practically exploding if Superman moves it like that...is something that doesn't belong to Superman, but we still love this movie as this small thing doesn't change the entire movie. Also, Superman's weakness are magic and kryptonite...in this movie Superman had no idea he had a weakness and Luthor figured it had to be his weakness

2025-01-10 02:57:16 +0000 UTCVery entertaining reaction ladies! Hope you watch Superman II (1980). To answer two things you mentioned in your commentary: 1. The exterior shots of Metropolis did include actual New York City locations including 220 East 42nd Street/Daily Planet, 450 Lexington Avenue, where Lois Lane is rescued from the helicopter crash and 240 Central Park South, Lois Lane's apartment. 2. The reason the members of the 2nd military convoy didn't recognize Lex Luthor is because they were a totally different convoy than the first one. The first convoy that stopped to help Ms. Teschmacher was the US Army convoy and the 2nd convoy was US Navy.
