I don't know if you guys got it after the end of the episode but Mihyun's eyes are actually fine. She was never injured during her first mission. It was just an excuse so she won't continue being a field agent after seeing the inhumanity out in the field. All her senses are perfectly fine and Director Min has no idea, just as she wants him to believe :) Also, Mihyun has so many traces of Doosik in the home that she made for herself and Bongseok in the present, which you probably have caught when you watched episodes 1-7. All her curtains are still purple, all the roofs/rooftops in all the houses she's moved into are purple, her restaurant is named Namsan Donkatsu, she has King Donkatsu on the menu, and she also has cherry blossoms as wall decor in her restaurant, reminiscent of her walks with Doosik during their little dates. It's so amazing how detailed they are in the writing and set design.

Kim Doosik actor is the first one who got cast in this series. The bus driver actor is also popular. It's the MOST EXPENSIVE Kdrama now in terms of budget. On the contrary the teenage actors got in through audition, it's really nice to see their talents come to light in a spectacular show :)
