Felt this was an amazing adaption. I think the changes made were needed for it to be unique and not a beat for beat replica of the video game. I know a lot of people had issues with Bill not interacting directly with Joel and Ellie, but the message that he relayed through the game got be relayed in a more loving and hopeful way.
