I just watched this on YouTube, anyone who hasn't seen it, do yourself a favor and watch it tonight. To address the question about the title: during the climatic fight with Seagull, they cut to the Kung Fu Trappist who is (I think) repeating "Fatal Deviation" over and over again. I have no idea if this is a flashback to some scene that was cut, or the monk cast "message" spell and he's speaking to Bennet telepathically... But after that Bennett does a sequence of moves, presumably the titular "fatal deviation" combo, and it's Super Effective on Seagull.
