Update on Creative Projects!

Obviously with so much of our limited attention on the channels, creative projects are a bit slower going compared to everything else, but they are still very much inside the scope of our focus. This is a small update on what is happening with the various projects we have going on.

STALKER
While in Thailand, Achara and I stayed on her sisters property. It being such a beautiful location, I could not pass up the opportunity to shoot a video while there. As many of you know, this was several months ago. I recently approached Ricardo Elliott II, a friend of mine, to edit that short film now named Stalker. He has shown me a first cut, I have given him several notes, and he recently got a little bit sick. After he recovers he will be back to editing it again. My hope is that this short film will come out on Halloween. This project is an interesting one because the style in which it was produced is pretty similar to how I did short films when I was a kid. It was literally written and shot within 48 hours because of the limited time we had. It will be very much rough around the edges, but I still think that it will be a fun short film. I'm looking forward to seeing what you guys think when it comes out.

TEMPORARY ROOMMATES
This is a web series I have recently been writing. I have finished my first draft of this web series and I'm currently sharing it with friends to see if it will be worthwhile to shoot. The inspiration for the name is pretty obvious and I spoke to Bisso about it. I'm not ready to share details about this project as I am not sure with full certainty if it is even going to be shot, however, I will say that the only resemblance it bears to the show that inspired it's name is the name itself and maybe the tone.

ACHARA & CORTNEY
Achara Kirk has recently started developing a web series that is tentatively supposed to be shot with Cortney. This is still very early in the development process and Achara will probably be annoyed that I am sharing any information about it with anybody. However, I am doing my best to stay on top of Achara and make sure that this project sees its way through. It is one that I'm hoping to direct and it will be published on both the international and the American channel.

JABY WE MET
This is one that has disappointingly been put on the back burner. I am actually in the process with Achara of figuring out a solid schedule so that I can incorporate this into our weekly routine.

UPDATE JABY
While this show was difficult to do, I think that it will get easier with practice. The response was extremely positive and I think that I should do it at least a few more times and see how it goes. The end result made me very happy and I look forward to sharing more of these with you guys. I'm going to try to do it at least once a week, hopefully in the near future more often than that. But I would like it to be at least once a week.

STREET FIGHTER II JABY KOAY EDITION
Many of you know that I used to live with an ex-girlfriend and her daughter. Her daughter's name online is Khloe. We did many videos together for YouTube including a number of short films. Most of those short films are completed and available for viewing on YouTube (two recently published ones are Dragon Ball J and Raging Bullish). The only one left yet to be edited is the aforementioned title. I feel the need to either make a video explaining all of this or in the final short film when it finally comes out have a preface explaining all of this. Either way I feel the need to share this information in more detail with my audience. It will be nice to see this video finally done even though it will feel bittersweet. It will likely not arrive until November at the earliest.
