There's something about the coding life where you're just going at it and at it, like a labyrinth it seems. Trying to make something work. Then, you ease in that one piece of code like a Jenga piece, seeing that very tall tower sway, butt puckered as it eventually stabilizes and actually doesn't topple! Or in this case crash....The minimap feature of the game successfully passed! And now I can very gleefully say that the music app is now functional too as of like right now! It's going to be very basic function wise, but man does it look cool. I just need to finish the graphic elements and call it done (aside from the cleanup. The playlist is going to be off to the right, if it wasn't obvious. Just needed some buttons placed while I test.
I shot off the Silver Image of this version and it felt great to only see spelling errors returned back from my testers. Not only that, but old game saves actually not be broken. (no promises on future updates!!) And of course, only one or two actual bugs. But real easy fixes. I'm going to take my time polishing up, before establishing a Golden Image of the first chapter. Super excited.
