Loved this series, it’s a slow burn but half way through it picks up. Definitely worth sticking with it.

2025-01-30 09:10:18 +0000 UTCI love this little show. It is certainly a journey though. It may take a couple of episodes to truly understand the characters and why they work. The subs are missing some context on Viki in comparison to GagaOOLala. The scene with the love charm, when Noey asks to touch it, Gaga translates the name the charm has a breast - hence why Thi covers his chest. Without that translation the scene becomes somewhat nonsensical. Tar who plays Noey has his own YouTube channel under the name Tara - he sings / raps and has a decent following. If you do continue watching, it is worth watching the end credits (even if not on camera). The credits are over a dance class as the actors learn the dances for the show, but they evolve throughout the series and are somewhat reflective of the state of Thi & Noey’s relationship.

2025-01-30 08:23:09 +0000 UTCi really like IWKY, but I think it takes a few episodes before you get hypnotised into loving it (if it happens at all). You need to really enjoy the humour though, cos it's really quirky. I dont think Thi's characterisation changes much throughout the show, so you either get used to it or it will jst continue to annoy! i think i jst got used to it and it stopped bothering me. Oh! and i jst realised the little kid that tricked the girl into going to the location is the main lead in another quirky BL called Caged Again
