DiBS 0.3.9 Mini-release - Quality of Life and Bugfixes

This is just a quality of life and bug-fix update. There will also still be the progress log on October 15.
What's New
Ammo System - Dropping and Combining
- Can drop by clicking on the arrow below the first ammo.
- Combining mags by clicking on the "flip ammo order" button.
More New Things and Changes
- Descriptions for "Extras" options.
- Added an extra woof reaction.
- Temporarily removed cinema tape item in the train, since there is currently no train cinema tape animation.
- Behind-the-scene file refactor and reorganization.
- Added Mac README tutorial in case the game exe appears damaged.
Bugfixes
- Fixed woof duplication when in saucy anim.
- Fixed Mox duplicating when hugging woof while walking.
- Fixed a random door in West Wing by removing it.
- Fixed Mox having another tail when aiming down.
Known Bugs
- Holding left click while walking will not update Mox's walking animation.
- (Couldn't replicate glitch) Frisky mode makes Mox's ears grow and change color.
Once again, 0.4.2 release update (new plant, mini-quest, endings) will still be in December.
There will also still be a progress log (not a game release) on October 15.
